Sharp County, AR – Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson has released the weekly incarceration report for the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office, covering arrests made between April 14 and April 21, 2025. The following individuals were taken into custody during this period:

Melissa Boyd, 44, of Arkansas, was arrested for Contempt of Court and Harassing Communications.

Derek Bullock, 29, of Arkansas, was arrested for Failure to Appear on previous charges of Harassment and Criminal Mischief – 2nd Degree.

Cory Clouse, 37, of Ash Flat, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, and Resisting Arrest.

Marshall Coleman, 28, of Magness, was arrested for Failure to Appear – Misdemeanor on charges including Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Instrument of Crime.

Billy Garrison, 48, of Vilonia, was arrested for Failure to Appear – Misdemeanor for Failure to Pay Restitution.

Destiny Hensley, 26, of Texarkana, was arrested for Parole/Probation Violation.

Joann Huges, 43, of Clarksville, was arrested for Parole/Probation Violation.

Aaron Jackson, 44, of Batesville, was arrested for Bond Revocation.

Zachary Miller, 30, of Thomasville, Maryland, was arrested for Driving or Boating While Intoxicated and Open Container of Alcohol in a Vehicle.

Samuel Mullins, 39, of Cave City, was arrested for Domestic Battering – 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest, and Public Intoxication.

Seth Poirrier, 31, of Hardy, was arrested for Possession of Schedule VI Less Than 4 oz.

Jacob Southern, 31, of Arkansas, was arrested for Criminal Mischief – 2nd Degree and Breaking and Entering.

Floyd Tackett, 74, of Batesville, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (Drugs) – 1st Offense, Aggravated Assault, Battery – 3rd Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor – 2nd Degree.

Timothy Tucker, 34, of Evening Shade, was arrested for Failure to Appear on previous charges of Possession of Controlled Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Probation Revocation, and Direct Contempt of Court.

Devin Wiggins, 31, of Jonesboro, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

Chad Woolard, 45, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
