Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson has released the weekly incarceration report for the period of April 7 to April 14, 2025. The following individuals were detained by the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office:
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Allen Adams, 52, of Kennett, MO – Arrested for Failure to Appear/Failure to Pay Time Pay on Driving on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License.

Gary Baney, 51, of Jonesboro – Arrested for DWI (1st offense), Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle, and Speeding in a School Zone.

Jose Hernandez, 21, of Little Rock – Arrested for Commercial Burglary.

Carlos Horne, 61, of Clarendon, AR – Arrested for Failure to Appear on Driving on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License.

Christopher Johnson, 51, of Williford – Arrested for Public Intoxication.

Billy Jones, 35, of Imboden – Held for Court.

Elvis Jones, 50, of Cherokee Village – Arrested for No Proof of Liability Insurance, Speeding (more than 15 MPH over limit), and Possession of Instruments of Crime.

Heather King, 35, of Smithville – Arrested for Domestic Battering (3rd Degree).

Hunter Laire, 21, of Salem – Arrested for Failure to Appear (Misdemeanor) on No Proof of Liability Insurance and No Motorcycle Endorsement.

Brandon Lasher, 31, of Cherokee Village – Arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (1st Degree).

Tristan Lawson, 25, of Rosie, AR – Arrested for Failure to Appear on Possession of a Controlled Substance and Furnishing, Possessing, or Using Prohibited Articles.

Michael Ludwick, 54, of Pine Bluff – Arrested for Parole/Probation Violation.

John Nye, 53, of Cherokee Village – Arrested for Bond Revocation.

Gavin Schales, 22, of Hardy – Arrested for multiple counts of Failure to Appear and Contempt (Fail to Pay Restitution) related to Driving Without a License, Domestic Battery (3rd Degree), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License, No Proof of Liability Insurance (ASP), and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Raymond Warren, 43, of Paragould – Arrested for Reckless Driving, Driving Left of Center, DWI (1st Degree), Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, and Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle.
Community Service Update
From April 6 to April 12, 2025, a total of 288 hours of community service were completed by Sharp County inmates. Projects took place at Tri-County Recycling, the Sharp County Fairgrounds, the Sharp County Courthouse, and Cherokee Village SID under the direction of Coordinator Brian Watson.
The community service program is designed to give inmates an opportunity to repay fines while giving back to the Sharp County community.
