Fair Grove, MO. – A 70-year-old Fair Grove driver is facing a felony DWI charge and is recovering from serious injuries in Springfield after a Monday crash.
Troop D of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to this afternoon crash on Farm Road 235 near Fair Grove. At around 2:40pm, Enid Guagliardo, 70 of Fair Grove, is said to have been intoxicated when she travelled off the left side of the road in her Buick Lacrosse, overcorrected, went off the right side of the road, struck a tree, and overturned.

Guagliardo was wearing her safety device, but was seriously injured. Ambulance services transported her to Cox South in Springfield for further treatment.
