A Chaffee woman was seriously injured in a one vehicle accident in Theodosia Thursday.
The accident happened as the 2008 Toyota Highlander she was driving went off the right side of Country Club Drive and struck a tree.

She was transported to Cox South in Springfield for treatment of her injuries.
