ASH FLAT, Ark. — The Sharp County Sheriff’s Department released its weekly incarceration report for the period of July 14 through July 21, 2025. Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson confirmed that 24 individuals were booked into the detention center during this time for a range of charges including arson, drug offenses, domestic violence, and court-related violations.
Notable Arrests Include:
- Michael Dawson, 37, of Batesville, was arrested on multiple serious charges including commercial burglary, arson, breaking or entering, and first-degree criminal mischief involving property damage over $25,000.
- Sean Gillihan, 36, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was booked for criminal trespass, breaking or entering, and facilitating theft of wireless services valued over $1,000.
- Tyler Johnson, 31, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, faces charges of theft of property between $1,000 and $5,000, criminal trespass, and breaking or entering.
- Cassie Knox, 34, and Elizabeth Lee, 33, both of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, were arrested on similar charges, including theft of property, breaking or entering, and criminal trespass.
- Anthony Mansfield, 36, of Arkansas, was arrested for aggravated assault on a family or household member.
- Karen Price, 63, of Damascus, was arrested on multiple traffic-related offenses, including driving while intoxicated (DWI), open container, and vehicle equipment violations.
- Charles Wilson, 45, of Cherokee Village, was charged with DWI (drugs), driving on a suspended license, expired tags, no insurance, drug possession (Schedule VI less than 4 oz), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Brandy Vick, 41, and Charles Vick, 43, both of Williford, were arrested for introducing a controlled substance into another person and first-degree endangerment of a minor.

- Sernando Orosco III, 33 – Parole/probation hold
- Gunner Quirrels, 20 – Failure to pay fines
- Judith Roberts, 57 – Direct contempt of court
- Jordan Sample, 43 – Direct contempt of court
- Dawn Silvrants, 52 – Resisting arrest and harassment
- Jerry Taylor, 59 – Violation of a protection order
- River White, 27 – Held for court
