Ava, MO. – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has yearly put on their “Coats for Kids” program in order to make sure that local youths are supplied with the warm supplies they need for the cold of winter. This month, the Sheriff’s Office will be putting on their 1st ever golf tournament as a way to raise funds for this program.
