On Sunday, June 30, 2025, Kevin Cunningham of Eminence, Missouri, was arrested and charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony. He was immediately incarcerated at the Shannon County Jail with bond set at $5,000.

Cunningham also had an active misdemeanor warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of No Operator’s License, with an additional $270.00 cash-only bond.
