Howell County Man Facing Harassment Charges

According to a Probable Cause Statement, a Howell County Man, Justin Miller is being charged with harassment.  In December of 2024 Miller was arrested and charged for brandishing a shotgun at the victim who was a juvenile at the time.

On or about June 19th, 2025, Miller erected a cross on his property with the initials of the victim with caution tape draped around it.  In what seems to be a corresponding post on social media Miller posted a bible verse, the verse appears to refer to Ezekiel 18:4 which says: Behold, all souls are mine; the soul of the father as well as the soul of the son is mine, the soul who sins shall die.

Also according to the Probable Cause Statement, Miller manufactured a tik-tok video which depicts him singing happy birthday to an unknown individual with strange music in the background. It appears Miller has an unusual obsession with the victim who is a female. For example, it appears the extent of any relationship between the Miller and the victim is mere neighbors, yet Miller appears to know personal information about the victim {Victim’s date of birth}, and erected a cross bearing the victim’s initials, made a tík-tok video singing happy birthday to an unknown individual, on the day of the victim’s birthday, with a bible verse referring to death.

The victim advised law enforcement the above listed events has caused him/her emotional distress and he/she is scared for their life. Additional family members who reside in the same residence as the victim also expressed fear of Miller based on the above listed facts including previous actions of brandishing a weapon at the victim.

Based on the information Miller is being charged with Harassment in the 1st Degree.
