The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has announced that a portion of U.S. Route 60 in Howell County will be reduced to one lane beginning Monday, June 30, as contractor crews install new roadside lighting.
The impacted stretch runs from Ash Street to Fifth Street within Mountain View. Work is scheduled to take place daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., continuing through Tuesday, July 8, weather permitting.
MoDOT advises drivers to exercise extreme caution when traveling through the marked work zone and to watch for signage and workers in the area.
