The Baxter County Sherriff’s Department has arrested a Springdale Arkansas man on Forgery and Theft charges.

44-year-old Mossy T. Oaks is charged with seven counts of Felony Theft of Property and seven counts of Forgery. He is being held with a bond set at $10,000.
Oaks has 10 prior bookings in the Baxter County Jail.
