A 71-yea-old Glenn Allen Missouri man has been arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Carter County.
Bruce Lawson is Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to the Carter County Jail.
