On Sunday morning the Baxter County Sherriff’s Department arrested 31-year-old Kelle Passmore from Mountain View, Arkansas.
Passmore was charged with Speeding over 15 mph over posted speed limit, Careless and Prohibited Driving, No turn Signals and Felony Fleeing.

She posted bond of $1500 and her court date is set for June 23rd.
