From the Willow Springs Art Council:
The Willow Springs Arts Council is excited to announce a Watercolor
Workshop entitled “Painting Sunflowers” to be held on Sunday, June 22nd,
from 2:00 to 5:00 PM upstairs at the Ferguson building.
Local artist and instructor, Ginny Thomason, is returning to guide students through the
process of layering and building up depth with watercolor in this realistic
floral class! Students may use the instructor’s outline or free-hand sketch
their own. Each participant will take home a beautiful 8 X 10 painting.
The class is open to adult students of all skill levels and early registration is
recommended as class size is limited. The fee is $25 and includes all
supplies. Your seat is not secure until payment. To register stop by the
Ferguson Building during business hours, M-F, 8am to 4pm, or call 417-
