Press Release from the West Plains Police Department:
On December 10, 2025, the West Plains Police Department, in coordination with the South-Central Drug Task Force, executed a narcotics search warrant at a residence on Lincoln Avenue in West Plains, Missouri. The warrant was obtained as part of an ongoing investigation conducted by Officer Daiman Meyer.
During the operation, officers located illegal substances and related paraphernalia. Three individuals were taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. All three were transported to the West Plains Jail, where they were booked and placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
The West Plains Police Department remains committed to promoting safety and reducing illegal drug activity within our community. We thank the South-Central Drug Task Force and our officers for their continued dedication and professionalism.
We would also like to say that criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
