WEST PLAINS, Mo. — West Plains Council on the Arts will host a no-sew quilted fabric ornament workshop, conducted by local artist Tara Hensley, on December 10 from 6:30-8:30 pm at The Hampton Inn location in West Plains. The cost for the workshop is $30 and all supplies included.
The ornament for this workshop will be red and green; however, you can see that once you master the technique, you will be able to make ornaments as gifts for family and friends in different fabric variations.
