On Monday the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 19-year-old Taylor G. Pilkington of Salem, Mo for DWI alcohol, speeding, cutting in on overtaking vehicle, possession of marijuana under 21, and possession of drug paraphernalia, she was booked and released.
