From the Shannon County Sherriff’s Office:
At approximately 1700 hours on July 2nd, Captain Brumble of the Shannon County Sherriff’s Department observed a vehicle traveling southbound on MO 99 with expired 2024 Colorado license plates and multiple traffic violations.
A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of MO 99 & CR 646. A K9 unit was deployed for a free air sniff and gave a positive alert for the presence of narcotics.
Upon searching the vehicle, deputies discovered a white powdery substance that field-tested positive for codeine and amphetamine. The driver, Jack Fiorino, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class D Felony). Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash only.
