The Missouri State Highway Patrol with the assistance of the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department investigated an ATV accident on Thursday afternoon.
The accident took place on County Road 357 one mile west of Thayer when a 30-year-old Thayer man lost control of a Polaris Sportsman and overturned ejecting him and a 3-year-old passenger.

The driver sustained minor injuries, the 3 year-old moderate injuries, both were flown to Cox South in Springfield for treatment.
