Plans are in place for the annual West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce Caddyshack Classic Golf Tournament, Friday, May 5th at the West Plains Country Club. The three-person scramble begins with a shotgun start at 12:00 p.m.
Chamber members, prospective members and guests will meet to enjoy an afternoon of golf, networking and fun. A Burton Creek Medical Clinic, Ozarks Healthcare, Westgate Realty, Southern Bank- Golfer’s Lunch begins at 11:00 a.m. Wade Insurance-Darren Petrus has sponsored a Golf Rangefinder Raffle prize. The Driving Range and Putting Green are available compliments of West Plains Bank & Trust Company.
Other contests include; Great Rivers Distributing “Closest to the Pin”, Community First Banking Company “Longest Putt” and Pain Treatment Associates, LLC “Longest Drive”. Other tournament games sponsored by Butler Heating & Air and West Plains Schools. Remax Connections gift bags are given out to each golfer as well as Caddyshack Classic coozies from State Farm Insurance-Justin Shelby! Participants will be able to enjoy Beer on the Range compliments of Southern Bank.
Every golfer will have the opportunity to try their skill at shooting a hole-in-one prize on number 8! The hole-in-one prize will be provided by Clear Creek Golf & Utility Vehicles. The Chamber will award Tournament prizes for first, second, and third place in three flights.

The Caddyshack Classic Golf Tournament is the Chamber’s largest non-dues fundraiser. Proceeds supplement member dues for Chamber programs, economic development initiatives, and community events.
