Devine Designs Tattoo is set to make local history by hosting the inaugural West Plains Tattoo Expo and Food Truck Festival at the West Plains Civic Center from May 30 to June 1.
This three-day celebration in the heart of downtown will feature top tattoo artists, skilled body piercers, local vendors, and a wide variety of food trucks, offering a vibrant mix of art, culture, and cuisine. The event promises to draw attendees from across the region and aims to become a signature annual gathering for the West Plains community.

Festival hours are Friday from 12–8 p.m., Saturday from 12–10 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Organizers are encouraging everyone to come out and take part in what is expected to be an unforgettable experience.
