25 Arrests Reported by Sharp County Sheriff’s Office This Week

ASH FLAT, Ark. — The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report for August 11–18, 2025. Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson reported the following arrests. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Billy Beasley, 47, of Powhatan — arrested for possession of Schedule I/II controlled substances (methamphetamine or cocaine less than 2 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia related to meth, cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl.

  • Jeremy Bodkins, 32, of Williford — arrested for violation of suspension or probation.

  • Christopher Callahan, 34, of Cave City — arrested for bond revocation.

  • Mikeal Candler, 46, of Franklin — arrested for failure to maintain control, leaving the scene of an accident, public intoxication, and open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

  • Timothy Collins, 56, of Hardy — arrested for bond revocation.

  • David Daniels, 56, of Henrico, N.C. — arrested for parole/probation violation.

  • Braxton Duncan, 25, of Cherokee Village — arrested for violation of a protection order.

  • Jeremy Graham, 32, of Williford — arrested for domestic battering in the third degree.

  • Carl Houghton, 59, of Lone Oak, Miss. — arrested for public intoxication, reckless driving, and driving on a suspended/revoked license.

  • Nathan Hellums, 34, of Arkansas — arrested on a hold for another county/state.

  • Aric Hicks, 62, of Prairie Grove — arrested for disorderly conduct.

  • Cody Johnson, 34, of Hardy — court-ordered incarceration.

  • Anthony Mansfield, 36, of Jonesboro — arrested on bond revocation.

  • Joseph McMullin, 45, of Ash Flat — arrested on a parole/probation hold.

  • Nicholas Metheny, 44, of Lepanto — arrested for bond revocation.

  • Richard Norris Jr., 48, of Arkansas — arrested for violation of a no contact order.

  • Crystal Piece, 46, of Arkansas — arrested for failure to appear (felony) on possession of a controlled substance (Schedule I/II, meth or cocaine less than 2 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia (meth, cocaine, heroin, fentanyl), and bond revocation.

  • Jennifer Pollard, 51, of Evening Shade — arrested for theft of property (less than or equal to $1,000) and theft of property.

  • Nickolas Price, 24, of Cherokee Village — arrested for failure to appear (felony) on possession of a controlled substance (Schedule I/II, meth or cocaine less than 2 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia (meth, cocaine, heroin, fentanyl).

  • Aaron Riviere, 31, of Hardy — arrested for forgery in the second degree and theft of property (less than or equal to $1,000).

  • Dale Taylor, 37, of Cherokee Village — arrested for violation of a no contact order, contempt of court, possession of firearms by certain persons, violation of a protection order, and violation of suspension or probation.

  • Levi Tims, 26, of Arkansas — arrested for defective equipment, careless and prohibited driving, possession of Schedule VI controlled substance (less than 4 ounces), and driving while intoxicated (first offense).

  • Zane Turner, 32, of Cave City — arrested for fraudulent use of a credit/debit card ($5,000–$25,000).

  • Krisy Wear, 47, of Smithville — arrested for bond revocation.

  • Brittney White, 33, of Heber Springs — arrested for driving on a suspended/revoked license, no insurance, no seat belt, driving while intoxicated (first offense), and speeding.

  • Jason Wilkerson, 46, of Arkansas — arrested for violation of a no contact order.
