Douglas Wayne Bean, age 64, of Flippin, AR, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2026, for failure to register and failure to comply with reporting requirements and is currently incarcerated.
Chad J. Napolitano, age 41, of Mountain Home, AR, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2026, for a probation or parole violation and is currently incarcerated.
Dylan F. Hollaway, age 31, of Little Rock, AR, was arrested on Feb. 13, 2026, for theft by receiving ($5,000–$25,000), theft (various amounts), commercial burglary, breaking or entering, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine (less than 2 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia (felony), possessing instruments of crime, fleeing, reckless driving, criminal mischief, damaging utility lines, improper passing, driving left of center, and unlawful littering, and is currently incarcerated.
David L. Hamilton, age 41, of Summit, AR, was arrested on Feb. 13, 2026, for multiple probation violations, failure to appear (felony and misdemeanor), failure to pay fines, driving on a suspended license, body attachment for non-support, and being held for another agency, and is currently incarcerated.
George B. Bell, age 18, of Flippin, AR, was arrested on Feb. 13, 2026, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, theft of property valued at $1,000 or less, and criminal trespass, and is currently incarcerated.
Woodley A. Remmer, age 50, of Franklin, AR, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2026, for failure to comply (felony) and is currently incarcerated.
Vanessa M. Clark, age 37, of Yellville, AR, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2026, for failure to appear and tampering with physical evidence and is currently incarcerated.
Todd D. Patrick, age 63, of Mountain Home, AR, was arrested on Feb. 10, 2026, for failure to pay, failure to comply with a court order, and a probation or parole violation and is currently incarcerated.
Stephen R. Fitzpatrick, age 69, of Everton, AR, was arrested on Feb. 6, 2026, on a hold for the Arkansas Department of Corrections and is currently incarcerated.
Jeremy A. Neal, age 38, of Flippin, AR, was arrested on Feb. 5, 2026, for failure to appear and failure to pay fines and is currently incarcerated.
Rachael E. Henderson, age 40, of Yellville, AR, was arrested on Feb. 5, 2026, for second-degree assault on a family or household member and is currently incarcerated.
Robert P. Cofrancesco, age 43, of Yellville, AR, was arrested on Jan. 30, 2026, for driving without a license and body attachment for non-support and is currently incarcerated.
Jeremy A. Jones, age 38, of Flippin, AR, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2026, for failure to appear, failure to pay, probation violation, and failure to comply (felony) and is currently incarcerated.
Amanda J. Runkle, age 35, of Yellville, AR, was arrested on Jan. 20, 2026, for a probation violation and is currently incarcerated.
Jimmy J. Liverett, age 49, of Yellville, AR, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2026, for capital murder, aggravated robbery, abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence, and theft of property valued between $1,000 and $5,000 and is currently incarcerated.
Christopher Collier, age 40, of Lead Hill, AR, was arrested on Jan. 11, 2026, for first-degree domestic battering involving serious physical injury and attempted second-degree murder and is currently incarcerated.
Michael R. Rodgers, age 32, of Flippin, AR, was arrested on Jan. 9, 2026, for third-degree domestic battery and a parole violation and is currently incarcerated.
Dylan R. Boyd, age 32, was arrested on Jan. 8, 2026, as an Act 309 state inmate and is currently incarcerated.
Charles J. Gillingham, age 42, of Oakland, AR, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2026, for failure to appear and a probation or parole violation and is currently incarcerated.
April D. Benefiel, age 44, of Harrison, AR, was arrested on Feb. 18, 2026, for tampering with physical evidence and hindering apprehension or prosecution and was released on Feb. 18, 2026.
Edwin W. Blackwell, age 37, of Flippin, AR, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2026, for failure to appear and was released on Feb. 18, 2026.
April N. Byrd, age 41, of Yellville, AR, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2026, for failure to appear and failure to pay and was released on Feb. 18, 2026.
James E. Flow, age 34, of Lakeview, AR, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2026, on a hold for court and was released on Feb. 18, 2026.
Christopher C. Lamkin, age 32, of Yellville, AR, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2026, for failure to pay and was released on Feb. 18, 2026.
Phyllis S. Linquist, age 70, of Cotter, AR, was arrested on Feb. 4, 2026, for failure to appear and was released on Feb. 18, 2026.
James L. Paxton, age 42, of Yellville, AR, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2026, for failure to pay and was released on Feb. 18, 2026.
Daniel W. Schaefer, age 43, of Murphysboro, IL, was arrested on Dec. 18, 2025, for failure to appear and was released on Feb. 17, 2026.
Jack L. Steinocher, age 38, of Gassville, AR, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2026, for criminal trespass and was released on Feb. 17, 2026.
