James Paul Crowe

Memorial Services for James Paul Crowe, Age 18 of Salem, Arkansas will be held on Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at The Salem First Baptist Church, Salem, Arkansas, beginning at 6 PM. Visitation will begin two hours prior to the service at 4PM.

Arrangements are under the direction of The Barker Funeral Home, Salem, Arkansas.

James Paul Crowe, 18, of Salem, Arkansas, passed away March 8, 2026, in Springfield, Missouri. He was born November 8, 2007, in West Plains, Missouri, to Richard Orvail Crowe, Jessica Rand Babcock, and Brittany Elizabeth (Fulfer) Crowe.

James was a senior at Salem High School in Salem, Arkansas, and a proud member of the Class of 2026. He will be remembered by his loved ones as a talented young man with a heart for people. He expressed his creativity through music, enjoying singing and playing the guitar. Some of his most special memories included learning to play guitar, backroading with friends and family, and floating the local rivers during the summer months. He also enjoyed playing baseball and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Even in passing, James continued to give to others, saving four lives through the gift of organ donation.

He is survived by his parents, Richard and Brittany Crowe of Salem, Arkansas, and Jessica Babcock of Couch, Missouri; one brother, Creed Crowe of Salem, Arkansas; five sisters, Hayden Crowe of Salem, Arkansas, Taylor Stout of Couch, Missouri, Felicity Stout of Couch, Missouri, Haven Tarver of Couch, Missouri, and Whitney Caldwell of Couch, Missouri; grandparents, Barbara Elliott of Camp, Arkansas, Jimmy and Anna Crowe of Salem, Arkansas, Paul and Donna Stout of Thayer, Missouri, Jerry and Beth Barnes of Camp, Arkansas, and Terry and Stacy Fulfer of Salem, Arkansas; along with many other relatives and friends who will cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Carl Elliott; his Papa Paul Fulfer; cousin, Baby Cameron Crowe; two uncles, Cameron Crowe and Gator Crowe; aunt, Sunshine Gullett; great-grandmother, Marian Zaborac; and great-grandfather, Coy Don Powell.

Memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M., Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Salem First Baptist Church in Salem, Arkansas.

Memorial services will follow at 6:00 P.M., Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Salem First Baptist Church with Bro. Seth Brazeal officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be the Salem High School Senior Class of 2026.

Memorials may be made to the Bank of Salem, where a benefit account has been established.
