Sherry Tumbleson

Shirley Kathryn (Jettun) Tumbleson, 80, of Salesville, passed away on October 18, 2025, in Mountain Home. She was born in August 6, 1945, in Mineral Wells, Texas and spent her childhood in West Texas. Shirley came to the Mountain Home area in 1985. She worked at Baxter Lab, before she went to work at Baxter Regional Medical Center. She was in the dietary department for 39 years. Shirley retired at 75. This gave her more time to be out in her yard. She loved sitting in her swing and watching the deer. Shirley never got to go to Hawaii or go to Maine, but she loved being at home – being at home in her own little paradise, right here at home. And that was only possible, after the tornado that hit Salesville in May 2024, by all the donations and the labor from all the family and friends who volunteered to get her back home. Thanks to all of you and God Bless!

Shirley is survived by her husband, Bryan Tumbleson; stepson, Danny (Lupita) Tumbleson;
