MELBOURNE, Ark. — The Izard County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report for the period ending October 27, 2025. Sheriff Charley Melton reminds the public that all individuals listed are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
• Eleno Bustamante, 34, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested October 21 on a warrant from the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
• Bradley Harris, 33, of Evening Shade, was arrested October 23 for not possessing a driver’s license and driving while intoxicated.
• Jacob Bell, 19, of Jonesboro, was arrested October 23 for contempt of court out of the Izard County District Court.
• Phillip Baugh, 46, of Mountain View, was transported to the Izard County Jail on October 23 on an Izard County Circuit Court warrant for driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance, and possession of a controlled substance. He was additionally charged as a habitual offender.
• Courtney Keathley, 31, of Melbourne, was arrested October 23 for an Izard County Circuit Court warrant for probation violations.
• Nathaniel Canals, 24, of Batesville, was arrested October 24 on an Izard County District Court warrant for failure to appear.
• Adam White, 36, of Midway, was arrested October 25 for reckless driving, drinking in public, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and DWI.
• Ashley Wile, 45, of Ridley Park, Pa., was arrested October 26 for drinking in public and disorderly conduct.
• Tina Baquero, 56, of Calico Rock, was arrested October 26 for third-degree domestic battery.
