ASH FLAT, Ark. – The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report for October 20–27, 2025.

Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson provided the list of individuals booked into the Sharp County Jail during the week. Charges and arrest details are listed as provided by the sheriff’s office:

  • Eleno Bustamante, 34, of Franklin — Hold for other county or state.

  • Shianne Cawthra, 23 — Hold for other county or state.

  • Rainey Dawson, 23, of Salem — Arrested for domestic battering, third degree.

  • John Durbin, 41, of Cherokee Village — Arrested for theft of property valued between $5,000 and $25,000.

  • Cynthia Fowler, 40 — Here for court.

  • Chad Fry, 36 — Here for court.

  • Felisa Garcia, 48, of Cherokee Village — Arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor careless and prohibited driving charge.

  • Nicholas Gonzalez, 45, of Hardy — Arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.

  • Joseph Herron, 44, of Hardy — Sentenced to the Regional Punishment Facility (RPF).

  • Selena Klodner, 42 — Parole or probation revocation.

  • Andrew Logan, 47, of Cave City — Arrested for failure to appear on possession of an instrument of crime, driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no proof of liability insurance, and fictitious tags.

  • Autumn Manes, 46, of Jonesboro — Court sentenced.

  • Chad Pemberton, 47, of Hardy — Arrested for obstructing governmental operations and disorderly conduct.

  • Whitney Pickens, 46, of Cave City — Arrested for failure to pay on speeding and no proof of insurance.

  • Courtney Shaffer, 25, of Hardy — Arrested for domestic battering, third degree; resisting arrest; and endangering the welfare of a minor, second degree.

  • Keri Willingham, 32, of Cherokee Village — Arrested for possession of meth or cocaine with purpose to deliver (greater than 2 grams but less than 10 grams); possession of drug paraphernalia used in manufacturing; and driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

  • Joshua Wilson, 31, of Evening Shade — Arrested for assault on a family or household member, third degree (second offense), and endangering the welfare of a minor, second degree.

The sheriff’s office reminds the public that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
