The Harlin Museum is shining a spotlight on the creative spirit of the community’s older artists with its upcoming Golden Year’s Senior Showcase, a special exhibition honoring local seniors aged 75 and older. Running from May 10 to May 31, the event offers a rare and meaningful opportunity to celebrate the artistic talents and life stories of senior artists.
The exhibit will feature a wide array of artwork, including paintings, drawings, photography, sculptures, and other creative forms. Each piece will be accompanied by a short biography of the artist, offering visitors a deeper understanding of the individuals behind the work.
The showcase will conclude with a Meet & Greet Reception on May 31, where the public is invited to connect with the artists, celebrate their contributions, and reflect on the enduring value of creative expression at every age.
