Thursday morning, July 3rd, a Helena Arkansas man was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Howell County.
48-year-old Joseph Robinson was charged with a Felony Warrant for Parole Violation in Arkansas, Speeding and Driver while Suspended. He was place in the Howell County Jail.
